Pricing and Payment

Carmovics operates exclusively on a Cash on Delivery (COD) payment basis. This means:

  • No payment is collected from you at the time of placing your order online
  • Payment is made in cash at the point of delivery, directly to our delivery representative
  • The amount you pay upon delivery will match exactly the amount confirmed during your checkout process
  • There are no additional fees, delivery surcharges, or hidden charges of any kind

Delivery and Shipping

  • All delivery charges are covered by Carmovics, customers pay nothing for shipping
  • Orders are processed and dispatched within 48 hours of being placed
  • Delivery is completed within 4 to 5 business days from the date of the order, inclusive of the processing day
  • Deliveries are made to addresses within Hong Kong, Kowloon, and the New Territories
  • Business days refer to Monday through Friday, excluding Hong Kong public holidays

Cancellation Policy

We understand that circumstances change, and we want to give you a fair opportunity to cancel an order if needed. However, because our team begins processing and preparing your order promptly after it is placed, our cancellation window is defined and firm.

You may cancel your order at any point before it has been dispatched.

Under our current operational timeline, orders are dispatched within 48 hours of being placed. This means your cancellation window is available for up to approximately 48 hours from the time your order is confirmed, though we recommend contacting us as early as possible to maximize the likelihood of a successful cancellation before dispatch is initiated.

Please include your order details and the reason for cancellation in your message. We will confirm whether your order has been dispatched or not, and advise accordingly.

Once your order has been dispatched, we are unable to accept a cancellation request. At that point, the order is in transit and the delivery process is already underway. If your item arrives and there is a legitimate issue — such as a defect, sizing discrepancy, or incorrect item — you are fully entitled to initiate a return under our Return and Refund Policy.

We do not accept cancellations based on a change of preference after dispatch. We ask that orders are placed with reasonable certainty, and we have structured our COD payment model specifically so that you carry no fiscal risk prior to the product being physically in your hands.

Returns, Refunds, and Exchanges

  • Carmovics offers a 30-day return window for items that are defective, incorrectly sized due to our error, or wrongly dispatched
  • Customers pay nothing for returns, all pickup logistics are arranged and covered by Carmovics
  • No restocking fees are charged under any circumstances
  • Approved refunds are processed via bank transfer within 24 hours of refund approval, and may take 8 to 10 business days to reflect in your account depending on your bank
  • Exchanges are subject to stock availability and follow the same delivery timeline as standard orders
  • Items that have been worn, washed, altered, or returned outside the 30-day window are not eligible
