Shipping, Deliveries, and Returns
Shipping is only available inside Hong Kong. Our company doesn’t accept international orders, and don’t internationally ship any item. We request you to place an order with us, only if you’re within the territories of Hong Kong.
Shipping and deliveries take 4-5 business days in all. Our company takes 48 hours to process a product and dispatch it after internal review. After dispatch, the order takes another 2-3 business days to reach the provided address within Hong Kong.
We don’t accept orders from any address which doesn’t lie in the territories of Hong Kong. Our shipping takes place within Hong Kong and any orders placed from outside are rejected immediately.
If you receive a damaged, defective, or misfit item, you will get 30 days post-delivery date to place a return request with us. Our products come with assured returns, and we make sure that you get a positive experience with us, always.
After returns are approved, we offer our customers with two different options - exchanges and refunds. The customer is free to choose the latter option, but exchanges are always dependent on stock availability and size availability associated with a product.

Restocking fees is not charged for any of the products you return to us. We ensure that each customer gets a comprehensive product return experience, which is free and transparent at the same time. No restocking or return fees are charged in the case of any of our products.
Exchanges follow standard delivery timelines. Once an exchange is confirmed, we follow standard shipping and delivery processes and timeframes. Thus, your exchange will take 4-5 days to reach your address.
