At Carmovics, we ship occasion wear and tailored menswear to customers across Hong Kong, and we want you to know exactly what happens between the moment you place your order and the moment it arrives at your door, with no surprises, no hidden figures, and no fine print designed to confuse you.

What It Costs You to Receive Your Order

Nothing. Absolutely nothing beyond what you saw at checkout.

Carmovics covers every delivery charge on every order, for every product, every single time. There is no handling fees added quietly at the end. There are no surcharges for remote areas within Hong Kong. There is no administration fees dressed up as something else. The price you see during checkout is the exact amount you pay, not a cent more.

We made this decision deliberately. Unexpected charges at the point of delivery erode trust, and trust is something we are not willing to compromise on.

How We Accept Payment

Carmovics operates exclusively on a Cash on Delivery (COD) basis.

This means you do not pay anything upfront when placing your order online. Payment is made in cash at the time your order is delivered to you, and the amount you hand over will match precisely what was confirmed during your checkout process.

We chose COD as our sole payment method because it puts control firmly in your hands. You see your order, you confirm it is correct, and then you pay. No advance transactions, no waiting for refunds if something goes wrong, no uncertainty about what you have committed to before the product is physically in front of you. It is a straightforward arrangement built on transparency, and we think that is exactly how a clothing purchase should work.

How Long Will Your Order Take

Here is the timeline, laid out simply:

Day 0 - You place your order. Your order enters our system and our team begins the internal processing and quality review.

Day 2 - We ship your order. Within 48 hours of your order being placed, your item is packed, quality-checked, and handed to our delivery partner. You will receive a confirmation once your order has been dispatched.

Days 4–5 - Your order arrives. Delivery is completed within 4 to 5 business days from the date your order was placed, this includes the one business day required for internal processing and dispatch. In practical terms, if you order on a Monday, your item will arrive by Wednesday or Thursday at the latest.

Business days refer to Monday through Friday, excluding Hong Kong public holidays.

What Happens on Public Holidays

Hong Kong observes a generous calendar of public holidays throughout the year. On these days, our dispatch and delivery operations pause. If your order falls around a public holiday, please allow one additional business day for processing and delivery. We will always communicate any delays proactively.

Where We Deliver

At present, Carmovics delivers to addresses within Hong Kong, Kowloon, and the New Territories . If you are located in a more remote area or on one of Hong Kong's outlying islands, please reach out to us before placing your order so we can confirm delivery feasibility and arrange accordingly.

Your Personal Data During the Delivery Process

To complete your delivery, we share your name, contact number, and delivery address with our logistics partner. This is strictly necessary to get your order to you. Your personal data is handled in full compliance with the Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance, PDPO, Cap. 486 of Hong Kong law. Our logistics partners are contractually bound to use your information solely for the purpose of completing your delivery, nothing else.

When Something Does Not Go as Planned

We do everything within our control to ensure your order arrives on time and in appropriate condition. However, there are occasional circumstances, severe weather events, unforeseen logistical disruptions, or public emergencies that may cause delays outside of our direct control.

If your order is delayed for any reason, we will contact you proactively to explain the situation and provide a revised delivery window. You will never be left wondering where your order is without an explanation from us.

Receiving Your Order

When your delivery arrives, please take a moment before paying to confirm the following:

  • The package is addressed correctly to you
  • The outer packaging appears undamaged and intact
  • The item inside matches your order confirmation

Because we operate on a Cash on Delivery basis, you have the opportunity to verify your order before any payment changes hands. If something does not look right, do not pay, contact us immediately at contact@carmovics.com and we will resolve the situation without delay.
