- Hand Wash or Delicate Machine Cycle: Wash in cool water on a gentle or delicate cycle inside a mesh laundry bag. The satin-jersey surface is prone to snagging if exposed to rough agitation or mixed with heavy garments.
- Color-Safe Detergent Only: Use a mild, color-safe detergent specifically suitable for delicate fabrics. The deep emerald green dye requires gentle washing to prevent color bleeding or fading over time.
- Do Not Tumble Dry: Hang to dry on a padded hanger or lay flat on a clean towel away from direct sunlight. Tumble drying will shrink the fabric and may distort the layered skirt structure.
- Steam for Proper Results: The satin-jersey blend responds excellently to steaming. Hold a garment steamer 5–8 cm from the fabric to smooth the skirt layers and bodice without pressing down the fabric sheen.
- Cool Iron Through a Cloth if Needed: If steaming is unavailable, use the lowest heat setting on an iron through a damp pressing cloth. Never apply a direct iron to the satin surface, as it will leave permanent sheen marks.
- Store Hanging to Protect Skirt Volume: Hang on a wide padded hanger in a breathable garment bag to maintain the A-line shape of the layered skirt. Avoid compressing the skirt layers under other garments in a crowded wardrobe.
